Workshops include various stimuli; music, in some instances costumes and colourful scarves, face paints and hands on experience with instruments. Enables the students to express and communicate creative expressions and feelings. They're encouraged to respect everyone's ideas in the group, working and integrating these ideas into a short choreography where all ideas are valued and incorporated.

Learning a new dance and dancing together improves self-asteem, confidence, social ease, grace and poise. The workshops are non-competitive, with mutual support being the main philosophy.
